The Cornwall and District Real Estate Board

The Cornwall and District Real Estate Board was incorporated in November, 1959, and has grown to a current membership of over 200 members.

The Cornwall and District Real Estate Board covers a large area including the City of Cornwall and the Counties of Stormont, Glengarry, Prescott, and part of Dundas. It is uniquely situated next to the Quebec and the U.S.A. borders, with the scenic St. Lawrence River running along the south and the Ottawa River along the north. The Board Office is centrally located in the City of Cornwall on the 401 Highway, just one hour from Montreal and Ottawa and minutes from New York State via the Seaway International Bridge.

Some of Canada`s most productive farmland blankets the region`s countryside, framing thriving villages, towns and cities. Years ago the region became home to many of the early settlers of Upper Canada and it is rich in heritage, tradition, culture and history. This heritage is celebrated in many of the regions tourist attractions such as the historical Upper Canada Village in Morrisburg and the Scottish Highland Games in Maxville.
